Picasso Tower is a skyscraper in Madrid, Spain. From 1988 till 2007 it was the tallest building in Madrid with its 157 m (515 ft) and 43 floors. Picasso Tower is located next to the Pablo Picasso Square, within the commercial complex AZCA along the Paseo de la Castellana. It was designed by Minoru Yamasaki.

In view of the increasing cooling demand from the business premises of the building and the deteriorated conditions of the former steel cooling towers, the facility manager of the building decided to replace them by two FGRP units EWK-I 441. Two main problems were the small available area and how to be able to place the equipment on the 43th floor.

EWK suggested installing two closed circuit cooling towers EWK-I 441 and delivering them in small pieces to do the assembly directly on site.
